We went to Eureka too and we saw that they were selling Wii consoles for 99KD (it costs 120KD in other electronic shops). Of course we didn’t buy one even though hubby told me that we could if I really want it (he actually prefers to buy an xbox 360 or ps3 if ever we’d buy another gaming console) but I said no. Even though I want it so bad, 99KD is still a lot of money and I told him I’d feel guilty.

We went straight to Kuwait City instead of home after Salmiya and went to Alghanim Electronics over there to drool on ‘em game consoles. Of course hubby was more interested in PDAs and he started bugging me about buying me a one (he wanted to buy me one for Christmas). And so we went home with this:

I’m always in front of the PC at work and I work on my site (and sometimes other’s as well), do some blogging and site-hopping at home. I know, I know…it isn’t healthy to sit on my ass most of the time, k? I do have an exercise equipment in my room (a stationary cycle to be exact), and I try to work out every morning before going to work. But then of course, I don’t think I’ll be reaching my target weight anytime soon. Pfft!

Hubby and mom-in-law went rambling again. I had to stay at home to finish the new layout for the Norwegian girl. I told hubby if I am done working on it tomorrow, I’ll go out with him. It’s already 10:41PM though, and Dada looks really hungry…Hope they come home soon since I don’t think he’ll eat dinner til they come.

The said phrase is an English idiom that means “to promise something impossible”. But when it comes to romance and courtship, it usually promising someone the moon pertains to someone (usually the male) promising to do whatever it takes to make the object of that person’s affection happy.

But according to this site not only you can promise someone the moon, you can actually fulfill that promise”—well, sort of. It seems that this site gives you an option to buy properties on the moon. Interesting isn’t it?

Personally I think it would be a unique and wonderful gift. Just imagine your special someone coming up to you and saying “Remember when I promised you I’d give you the moon? I can’t get you the whole thing, but at least I tried… “ and then handing you a proof of ownership of lunar property. Nyahahah! Awesome!

I work in a company the offers web-related services and I know that there is no such thing as 100% uptime… but crapping up on me almost everyday is just not acceptable.

Can anybody recommend any decent webhost?

I think the description does fit me perfectly. I am quite shy and reserved, and so cautious when it comes to sharing my emotions that even my husband sometimes has to beg (yes, beg!) me to tell him how I feel. I only have very, very few close friends, and I enjoy looooonnnnggg discussions about life, culture and society with them.  Hmm… it’s already 2:36AM and am still online…I should really go to sleep now…Nyte!

I am still working on some projects these days so I have to postpone creating a new WP skin for me. I just finished finalizing the hawt Norwegian girl’s blog.  I didn’t do anything much for her…but she likes it so I’m happy.

But who knows? I might end up getting the 300 bucks?

Now according to teh rules, I have to choose an article in his blog, of which I decided to beeee *drumroll please*…. “Spam Na Naman!”.

Thing is, my office email addy is always being bombarded by ‘em “canned meat products” (they’re called SPAM, people, S-P-A-M!), :

SPAM Type No. 1: Emails promising me that they can get mah…*ehem* longer and bigger (I’M FEMALE…I DON’T HAVE THAT, DARN IDIOTS!)…And v*agra? WTF???

SPAM Type No. 2: Emails telling me I won some lottery.

SPAM Type No. 3: Emails from some African millionaire’s lawyer begging me to help ‘em sorta smuggle ‘em dineros.

SPAM Type No. 4: Emails telling me I had just inherited a fortune.

SPAM Type No. 5: Emails telling me I can get all the girls I want (The hell?!).

Suddenly, it got me thinking, if all those were true, and if I was male, I would’ve been a “well-endowed” and “very energetic” multi-millionaire wiff lotsa hawt babes. And of course, I won’t run out of money coz my other rich relatives, who happens to have me as their heir, will just keep on konking off, one by one (for some mysterious reason)…leaving me all their moolahs. Wow! That is just so kewl!

Reason No. 1: Got 2 projects from a very sweet (and very hawt, if I might say so myself) lady from Norway. Muwahahahah! Keep ‘em moolah’s coming! Btw, if you have any .NET jobs fer me…you know where to find me.

Decided to get rid of b2Evolution. Not that it is awful, I just felt that it would be more convenient on my part coz I want an easier way to add “Pages”. I would also wanna practice on my WP theming skills for my *ahem* money-making racket. I had installed Joomla in my site as well, hopefully I can practice on Joomla-theming too.

…and I did get paid, people! The mode of payment we used was different–not through the site, which we outta do, but I did use part of the payment to upgrade to a Gold membership. I am still bidding for new projects for additional moolahs. *kaching kaching kaching*

Phew.

It’s already almost midnight here and mah hand stinks of cat-food—and not just an ordinary catfood, it’s the stinkiest cat-food ever. I washed mah hands, like, I dunno 3 times already, and it still smells! The thing is, we have this weird (Ah! Mah favorite word!) sort-of-custom in the family that we feed all the street cats in our block every night. So we have this stock of uber cheap rice and uber cheap (but stinky) cat-food, and we mix em together, fill up some water bottles wiff tap water, pack ‘em up and then go out to feed 20+ of ‘em lil buggers (I’ll post pictures of em later…adorable fellows). It can be quite expensive, if you ask me, but when you see all those tmallie ones rolling over, offering their tum-tums fer ya to pet and looking at you so wuffingly…*sighs* ish never a waste—NOT ONE BIT.

Hubby went to sleep already…And I am still typing here…Bah! I know, I know, I should go to bed and sleep too…that is after I play Secret of Solstice. It’s a nice MMORPG, and it is very similar to Ragnarok Online. Gah! I’ll never grow up…
